Spencer is our marvelous Operations Manager. With more than a decade of operations and management experience. She began her career at MK Search as our Office Manager, then handled HR and Payroll, and is now our Operations Manager. Spencer earned her undergrad and MBA in Human Resources from the University of Houston before her time at MK. When not in the office, Spencer is found playing with her two dogs or at the gym.
