Vice President of Marketing

As the Vice President of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing endeavors. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will lead a talented team and drive the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that align with our long-term business objectives. Your expertise, leadership, and passion for our corporate/family culture will be instrumental in advancing our brand recognition, engaging customers, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop Strategic Marketing Strategy: Create and implement a results-oriented marketing strategy that supports our organization’s long-term business objectives.
• B2B Marketing Initiatives: Spearhead B2B marketing efforts, including digital marketing, print publications, events, contact strategy, and market research.
• Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and growth opportunities, refining our marketing strategies accordingly.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product development and sales teams to plan and execute successful product launches and ongoing marketing campaigns.
• Content Strategy: Develop and manage a content strategy that positions our organization as a thought leader in the industry, delivering valuable and engaging content to target audiences.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data analytics and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness, making data-driven adjustments for continuous improvement.
• Budget Management: Take charge of the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation for maximum ROI.
• Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances that enhance our marketing efforts.
• Digital Marketing Oversight: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and online advertising.
• Public Relations: Manage internal and external public relations initiatives, including media relations, crisis communication, and reputation management.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Brand Identity: Maintain and enhance our brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and visual representation across all marketing channels.
• Customer Experience: Collaborate with other departments to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience across all touchpoints.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, including several years in leadership roles.
• Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, with a track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and emerging marketing trends.
