Personal Assistant (Part-Time)
A CEO in North Houston is seeking a part- time Personal Assistant to provide high-level support. This role involves house management, travel and calendar management, as well as extensive personal duties. You will serve as a gatekeeper and the primary point of contact for all internal and external parties and assist with all personal and professional matters for the CEO. Other responsibilities include:
- House management: facilitating deliveries, liaising with handymen and utility contractors for installation and maintenance.
- Arrange personal and family door-to-door travel, reservations, itineraries, and supplemental materials
- Schedule personal appointments, ensure vehicle maintenance, and manage inbound/outbound mail and packages
- Miscellaneous errands and occasional dog walking/sitting
The ideal candidate for this role must have at least 3 years of experience supporting a high-level Executive in a professional or personal capacity. This role requires a lot of flexibility, but you must be able to manage time, multitask, and always remain organized. All duties must be performed with the highest level of confidentiality, initiative, and discernment.
