Personal Assistant/House Manager – Austin

Our client in Austin is seeking a Personal Assistant/House Manager to support a very active family. All duties must be performed with the highest level of confidentiality, initiative, and discernment. You will serve as the primary point of contact and assist with all personal and some professional matters. Other responsibilities include:

  • Supervise and manage things around the home
  • Assist with school pick up and drop off
  • Manage his and her personal/business schedules
  • Schedule appointments and maintain events calendar
  • Set appointments for house repairs and maintenance
  • Inspect the property for things that need repair or maintained
  • Handle simple house maintenance and ensure the house stays neatly organized
  • Run errands as needed

The ideal person for this family will have to be punctual, have clear and effective communication, be organized, detail-oriented, and dependable. You must be proactive and work in a timely manner to ensure things get addressed and repaired/maintained. This role requires reliable transportation.
