Responsibilities:

  • Implementing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners, and emails
  • Delivering timely technical support across the company, whether in person or over the phone
  • Setting up accounts for new users and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience
  • Conducting equipment repairs and replacements when necessary
  • Maintaining inventory to optimize resource allocation
  • Exploring and testing new technologies to enhance our operations

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Related experience in computer science or information technology is a plus, but not required
  • A technical, logical thought process that enables effective troubleshooting
