Our dynamic industrial services client in Houston is seeking an exceptional IT Technical Support Specialist to maintain their computer network and provide top-notch technical support.


  • Implementing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners, and emails
  • Delivering timely technical support across the company, whether in person or over the phone
  • Setting up accounts for new users and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience
  • Conducting equipment repairs and replacements when necessary
  • Maintaining inventory to optimize resource allocation
  • Exploring and testing new technologies to enhance our operations


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Related experience in computer science or information technology is a plus, but not required
  • A technical, logical thought process that enables effective troubleshooting
  • Strong problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and find innovative solutions
  • An ability to thrive under strict deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
