Responsibilities:
- Implementing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners, and emails
- Delivering timely technical support across the company, whether in person or over the phone
- Setting up accounts for new users and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience
- Conducting equipment repairs and replacements when necessary
- Maintaining inventory to optimize resource allocation
- Exploring and testing new technologies to enhance our operations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Related experience in computer science or information technology is a plus, but not required
