As the Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company. Your responsibilities will include managing communications, orchestrating work, and maintaining a high level of confidentiality while supporting the Director and CFO. Your expertise will contribute to achieving company goals and upholding best practices.
• Provide essential support to the Director and CFO, contributing to efficient operations and goal achievement.
• Facilitate effective communication between management and teams, coordinating projects and tasks across various departments.
• Plan and execute work to meet priorities, organizational goals, and established best practices.
• Handle confidential matters with discretion, especially decisions impacting company operations.
• Coordinate and manage meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up on action items.
• Perform administrative and office support functions to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage scheduling, calendar, and information flow to the Director and CFO.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while interacting with the business.
• Organize team communications and internal/offsite events.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in an administrative role supporting upper management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and other office productivity tools.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software and systems.
