Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

Our privately held client is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant who will play a pivotal role in providing dedicated support in a dynamic one-on-one working relationship with the CEO. This individual will be the key liaison for both internal and external stakeholders, operating within a small, entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven and community-oriented. We’re looking for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting, demonstrates impeccable judgment, and possesses outstanding communication, administrative, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse range of administrative tasks including calendar management, expense reporting, and drafting confidential correspondence.
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements and itineraries with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Act as a gatekeeper for Senior Leaders, ensuring their schedules are optimized and respected.
  • Proactively handle sensitive and confidential issues, determining appropriate actions and responses.
  • Foster seamless communication between Senior Leaders and internal departments, building trust and credibility.
  • Provide leadership in managing special projects both internally and externally.
  • Prioritize conflicting needs effectively, demonstrating initiative and follow-through on all tasks.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience supporting an owner of a privately held company.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • High degree of professionalism, adaptability, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent tenure with a proven track record of representing brands and owners effectively.
