Executive Assistant to CEO
Our client is seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to join their team and provide comprehensive assistance to their CEO. This is an on-site position, allowing you to fully embrace the company’s vision and immerse yourself in our unique corporate and family culture.
As an Executive Assistant, you will work closely with the CEO and leadership team, participating in collaborative endeavors to drive organizational initiatives and creatively tackle challenges across a diverse range of projects. This role calls for outstanding administrative and communication skills, the utmost confidentiality, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, arranging appointments, and coordinating meetings.
• Serve as a bridge between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders, including board members, executive leadership, clients, and partners.
• Craft and refine correspondence, presentations, and reports for both internal and external distribution.
• Skillfully orchestrate complex international travel arrangements, itineraries, and agendas.
• Coordinate the intricate details of events such as conferences, charity functions, parties, trade shows, sales meetings, business gatherings, and employee appreciation events.
Team Building:
• Engage in strategic decision-making alongside the CEO, focusing on personnel, talent management, and organizational development.
• Nurture team growth and leadership objectives by identifying training needs, designing learning programs, and facilitating workshops.
Project Management:
• Take charge of special projects delegated by the CEO, often requiring cross-functional collaboration.
• Skillfully prioritize conflicting demands, expedite matters proactively, and see projects through to successful completion, even under tight deadlines.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting schedules, status updates, and project timelines.
• Evaluate project results, collect feedback, and pinpoint areas for refinement in future endeavors.
Qualifications:
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Bring a proven track record of over 5 years as an Executive Assistant supporting a President or CEO.
• Showcase a high level of proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Display exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with an acute eye for detail.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to interact effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication talents.
• Exhibit the capacity to maintain professionalism under pressure and navigate sensitive situations with tact.
