Executive Assistant/Office Manager

We are seeking a professional, polished, and highly organized Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join our client’s family office environment, directly supporting the CEO and the entire team. The ideal candidate will have a “no task too small” mentality, thick skin, and exhibit high integrity. This role involves traditional Executive Assistant and Office Manager duties, as well as managing office operations and handling personal tasks for the CEO.

Responsibilities:

  • Directly support the CEO on a personal and professional level, managing their calendar, coordinating travel arrangements, and assisting with various tasks as needed.
  • Perform traditional Executive Assistant/Office Manager duties such as ordering office supplies, organizing meetings, and assisting team members.
  • Manage all aspects of building maintenance as the company owns its building. This includes ensuring permits are up to date, overseeing elevator functionality, maintaining fire alarms, and managing the security system.
  • Assist in forming LLC’s, being highly involved in the administrative workings of the company.

Requirements:

  • 2-7 years experience as an Executive Assistant/Office Manager, preferably in a small family office environment. Experience in larger corporations or public companies will not be considered.
  • A “no task too small” mentality with the ability to adapt to various responsibilities.
  • Thick-skinned with high integrity, able to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • A degree is preferred but not required, with relevant experience being highly valued.
