Document Processing Admin
Our legal services client in the Galleria is seeking a Document Processing Admin to support the Claims Division by assisting with processing and review of all documents associated with the settlement process and payment tracking statuses. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate data management, conducting document reviews, managing case documentation, participating in client management, and providing feedback to the settlement manager. In this role, you must possess excellent customer service, interpersonal, listening, and problem-solving skills. Other primary responsibilities include:
- File all project documents, maintain company database with client information, and assist with data entry and transfers
- Receive and screen incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and deliver messages as needed
- Set up conference calls and speak with clients on the phone
- Monitor mail and log and track receipt and status for all case clients
- Review legal documents for discrepancies in a heavy case load with accuracy
- Understand and resolve customer requests and questions; Record details of actions taken
- Identification of analysis of trends and reporting to management team
- Report metrics associated with the settlement and follow up to cure deficiencies associated with all documentation; Provide daily reporting of settlement coordination and payment statuses
- Assist with any projects needed by the department or staff
Degree not required but must have at least 1 year of prior office experience and proficient computer skills. Prior legal experience is not required, but definitely a plus. This role requires a high level of confidentiality, strong attention to detail and accuracy, as well as superior organizational skills. Someone who is great at multi-tasking, works well under pressure, understands direction, and who can adhere to deadlines will excel in this role.
