Customer Success Manager

Our Industrial Software client is seeking a driven Customer Success Manager to join their team and have an impact on the growth of their business. As the Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for enabling and maintaining customer success through the entire customer lifecycle to drive sustainable long-term growth. Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Define, implement, and support best practices to build long-term relationships with customers
  • Onboard new clients and provide status updates
  • Act as point-of-contact for customers, leveraging internal business relationships and processes to resolve concerns, and enhance their experience
  • Interface directly with sales to identify areas where we can improve the overall customer experience
  • Provide insights to customers to ensure that they get the most out of the platform with the aim of helping grow customer product and service usage
  • Set goals and KPIs that map to business growth targets
  • Help demonstrate the product value to customers

They are looking for a strong, personable leader who can expand and optimize their service to customer success to create more value in their relationships with customers. You will need to have at least 3 or more years’ of related experience with a deep understanding of customer journey mapping for a SaaS business. Organization and strong problem solving skills are critical, and the ability to work cross functionally to maximize the customer experience.
