Client Services | Client Success Associate

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our client’s team as a Client Services | Client Success Associate who is dedicated to providing exceptional client service and fostering long-term success.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the central point of contact for ingesting client requests.
  • Coordinate between clients, advisors, and additional support teams to execute and track against client requests.
  • Communicate with clients daily, addressing their day-to-day needs in an articulate and professional manner.
  • Support data input for client prospecting activities.
  • Schedule meetings between the advisory team and clients.
  • Input client and advisor requests into Salesforce, and diligently track completion.
  • Retrieve and distribute client statements, tax documents, or other reports as needed.
  • Generate portfolio reports to provide clients with insightful and relevant information.
  • Complete required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of experience in financial services
  • Experience working with Schwab and/or Fidelity
  • Salesforce experience (highly preferred)

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Proficient in using Schwab and/or Fidelity platforms.
  • Experience with Salesforce is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
