Client Relations Associate
Our investment banking client in Downtown Houston is looking for a dedicated team member to join their firm as a Client Relations Associate. In this role, you assist in client service, marketing initiatives, and general office administration, reporting directly to the Client Relations Manager. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Performing updates and modifications to materials using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, including the preparation of monthly and quarterly client reports.
- Compiling and organizing materials for client and prospect meetings.
- Formatting, producing, and distributing investment-related documents such as newsletters, customized mailings, and miscellaneous correspondence, as needed.
- Collaborating on the creation of tailored PowerPoint presentations for speakers.
- Ensuring all necessary materials for meetings, such as brochures, background information, maps, and correspondence, are in order.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to assist client service and marketing professionals in meeting or surpassing client service expectations.
- Supporting the marketing efforts of the firm, including preparing responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and questionnaires, as well as updating industry databases.
- Assisting with travel arrangements and various general office duties as assigned.
To succeed in this role, you must be highly organized and a detail-oriented individual with a positive attitude and collaborative approach. You must also be comfortable working effectively within teams to ensure smooth workflow and meet deadlines. Other qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree required; office experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
