Administrative Assistant
Our legal client is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to assist the Legal Assistant and Attorneys. The ideal candidate must have solid written and verbal communication skills, high proficiency in Microsoft Office, as well as experience with electronic filing. These skills will assist in performing the following duties:
- Provide typing, word processing, and document management support
- Assist with administrative preparation of meetings
- Maintain attorney reading and working files
- Assist with scheduling meetings and conference calls
- Create and manage expense reports/files
- Create PowerPoint presentations for attorneys
- Enter time and mileage into the software for Attorneys
- Print out, copy, fax and scan documents
Degree is preferred, but not required, with at least 3 years of administrative experience is required. The candidate must possess excellent organization skills, be extremely detail oriented, and have a professional attitude and appearance.
